Terms of use
HELM (Hub for Enterprise Lifecycle Management) is provided by JRV Global Services for authorised staff. Using it means you accept these terms.
Access
Access is invite-only and role-based. Your account is yours alone — do not share access to your Google account. Report a lost device or suspected compromise to your JRV admin immediately.
Acceptable use
Use HELM only for legitimate JRV operational and financial work. Do not attempt to reach records outside your assigned role, export data for purposes unrelated to your job, or interfere with the system's operation.
Data accuracy
Figures you enter — costs, margins, approvals — flow downstream into invoices and Xero. Enter them accurately; approvals are recorded against your identity and are auditable.
Availability
HELM is an internal tool provided as-is. We aim to keep it available and correct but make no warranty of uninterrupted service. Xero and Supabase are third-party dependencies governed by their own terms.
Ownership
All records and the software itself are the property of JRV Global Services. Access ends when your employment or engagement ends.
