Privacy notice
HELM (Hub for Enterprise Lifecycle Management) is the internal billing & costing system of JRV Global Services. This notice describes how it handles the data of the staff who use it.
What we collect
Your work identity (name, email, assigned role) from your JRV Google account, and the operational records you create — jobs, vessels, costs, purchase orders, quotes and invoices. We do not collect anything beyond what the system needs to run.
Why we hold it
To authenticate you, scope what you can see to your role (Operations, Finance, Approver, Management), and keep an accurate, auditable ledger from job logged through to invoice booked in Xero.
Where it lives
Records are stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and, once an invoice is booked, mirrored to Xero for accounts receivable and collections. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Retention
Financial records are retained for as long as Malaysian tax and company law require. Account access is removed when your JRV admin deactivates your email.
Your rights
Ask your JRV admin to correct your details or remove your access. For anything else, contact Management through your usual JRV channel.
